Parallel Gate valve

Parallel double gate valve is a position sealed valve that uses spring preloading to provide initial sealing force to the gate and valve seat under low pressure. The higher the medium pressure, the more reliable the sealing performance. Therefore, parallel double gate valves are widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, such as steam and feedwater.

Water supply and drainage and sewage treatment: Large diameter water pipelines in municipal pipelines and sewage treatment plants use soft seals to achieve zero leakage and low flow resistance.

Low pressure gas pipeline: Compressed air system, gas inlet pipeline (PN ≤ 1.6MPa), spring loaded type with bi-directional sealing to prevent gas backflow.

Food and pharmaceutical industry: using stainless steel material and polytetrafluoroethylene soft seal to meet hygiene standards, used for opening and closing control of material conveying pipelines.

Medium containing solid particles: A parallel gate valve with a guide hole allows the passage of a cleaning device, used for solid-liquid mixed fluids such as slurry and ash (requiring the use of metal hard seal wear-resistant materials).
