The ultra-low temperature side mounted fixed ball valve relies on the pressure of the medium itself to push the valve seat tightly against the ball to achieve sealing. When opened, the valve stem drives the ball to rotate, making the channel unobstructed and allowing the medium to pass freely; When closed, the sphere rotates to fit the sealing surface of the valve seat, blocking the flow of the medium. Due to the fixed shape of the sphere, the sealing performance is not affected by the pressure of the medium, making it more stable and reliable. For ultra-low temperature conditions, special structural design and material selection are used to ensure that the valve operates normally at low temperatures, avoiding problems such as material embrittlement and seal failure.
