Structural characteristics

Side mounted structure: Adopting a side mounted method, the ball and seat components of the valve are installed into the valve body from the side. This structure is easy to install and maintain in the pipeline system, and does not require extensive disassembly of the pipeline to inspect and replace the internal components of the valve.

Floating ball design: The ball can float on the valve seat under the pressure of the medium, automatically adapting to different working conditions and achieving good sealing effect. When closed, the sealing pressure between the ball and the valve seat is uniform, which helps to improve sealing performance and reduce leakage.

Extended valve cover: It is usually equipped with an extended valve cover to keep the packing box away from low-temperature media, ensuring that the working temperature of the packing is within an appropriate range, effectively preventing the sealing performance of the packing from deteriorating or even failing due to low temperature, and also facilitating insulation treatment of the valve to reduce cold energy loss.
