The side mounted hard sealed fixed Ball valve is a split type structure. This series of ball valves is suitable for 150LB~2500LB, with a temperature range from -46~450 ℃. The fixed metal hard seal ball valve seat is a metal hard seal structure, which has the characteristics of high temperature and wear resistance after hardening treatment, and is suitable for working conditions with high temperature, corrosive media or particulate media.

Fixed ball structure
The sphere is fixed by upper and lower bearings, and when it is opened and closed, the valve stem drives the sphere to rotate (90 ° stroke). The medium pressure is transmitted from the sphere to the outlet side valve seat, and the sealing is achieved by the precise fit of the metal sealing surface.
Suitable for high-pressure scenarios, the sphere has high stability and minimal deformation under compression.
Side mounted valve body
The valve body adopts a left and right split structure, which is connected by bolts for easy online disassembly and maintenance. Seals, spheres or valve seats can be replaced without disassembling the pipeline as a whole.
The valve stem is equipped with a blow out structure and a thrust bearing to prevent the valve stem from falling off due to medium pressure and improve safety.
Hard sealed valve seat
The valve seat and ball sealing surface are both made of metal materials, and high-precision bonding is achieved through grinding or hard coating welding.
Some designs are equipped with spring loading mechanisms to compensate for seal surface wear and maintain long-term sealing performance.
Seal principle
Metal face hard contact sealing: relying on high-precision machining and pre tightening force of the ball and valve seat sealing surface to achieve sealing, it can withstand high temperature, high pressure, and particle erosion.
Unidirectional or bidirectional sealing:
Most hard sealed ball valves are one-way sealed, and attention should be paid to the flow direction during installation;
Some high-end designs achieve bidirectional sealing through double seat spring loading, but the structure is complex and the cost is high.
