Design features

Metal sealed valve seat

Underwater valves generally choose metal sealed valve seats, undergo surface hardening treatment, and perform finite element analysis on the specific pressure and contact conditions of the sealing surface to optimize the optimal sealing surface structure. Metal sealed valve seats have long service life and maintenance free characteristics, and the sealing surface can effectively resist the erosion of impurities.


Longer lasting soft seals

Compared with the O-ring, the PTFE material Lipsal has better chemical resistance and anti-aging performance, and is more suitable for working conditions of gas medium, so Lipsal is a better choice of soft seals.


Metal sealing ring

The metal sealing ring, as the main sealing component of flange sealing, has excellent performance. It can not only seal the internal medium pressure, but also seal the external seawater pressure. The sealing ring material is a corrosion-resistant alloy with a long service life, which can meet the requirements of underwater use for more than 20 years.


Multi valve stem sealing structure

The valve stem packing belongs to the dynamic sealing structure, so it is the weakest sealing area. Multiple sealing components are designed to form the valve stem sealing system. The main sealing component is selected from imported high-performance plastic packing components, and multiple O-rings are designed as auxiliary seals. The design of guide belts and bearings can ensure that there is no metal to metal contact between the moving valve stem and valve cover, thereby reducing the wear of the valve stem and lowering friction. This multi pass valve stem sealing and positioning structure can achieve long service life and "zero leakage" of valve stem sealing, while also meeting the ultra long service life requirements of underwater valves.

Linear drive device

The driving device is designed with a pressure balancer to meet any water depth requirements, and key parts are designed with multiple dynamic seals to ensure sealing performance. Specially designed high brightness position indicators can prevent the attachment of marine microorganisms.

Quasi interface

Designed according to customer requirements, and can provide components such as underwater operation extension rods to meet customers' personalized operational needs.

Cathodic protection

All metal parts in the valve structure design ensure continuity of conductivity, ensuring that the valve, actuator, and other connecting equipment can be smoothly connected to the cathodic protection system.
