Leave a messageUltra-low temperature throttle valve
Ultra low temperature Gate valves are suitable for low temperature conditions of -196 ℃. Adopting advanced design concepts, high-precision processing control, and rigorous process management, Neway ultra-low temperature valves strictly control each production process, making them have outstanding advantages such as reliable sealing, low operating torque, high low-temperature stability, and long service life. The products are widely used in liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, air separation, and other low-temperature industries.
Core technical characteristics and advantages of ultra-low temperature gate valves
Special material resistant to low-temperature embrittlement
Valve body/gate: Made of austenitic stainless steel or nickel based alloy to avoid brittle fracture caused by reduced material toughness at low temperatures.
Sealing surface: welded or gold-plated with tungsten chromium cobalt alloy to improve wear resistance and low-temperature sealing performance; Non metallic sealing components are made of polytetrafluoroethylene or metal bellows to prevent low-temperature hardening and leakage.
Double sealing and fire safety design
Main seal: metal hard seal+auxiliary seal to ensure zero leakage at low temperatures; Some models are equipped with fire-resistant structures. If the sealing material burns out, a seal can still be formed between the metals to prevent the spread of fire.
Anti impact and anti freezing design
The valve body adopts a thick walled structure to enhance its resistance to low-temperature medium impact; External cold insulation layer or anti freezing coating can be added to prevent personnel frostbite or equipment corrosion caused by surface condensation of the valve body.
Low friction opening and closing, anti-static
The gate guide rail adopts self-lubricating materials to reduce frictional resistance at low temperatures and ensure smooth opening and closing; Built in anti-static device to prevent the accumulation of static electricity generated by the flow of media from causing explosions.
